Belleair Storage of Florida is a storage and warehouse facility in the central Pinellas County area. The nine-plus acre property provides traditional climate and non-climate control storage. It also offers outside storage for boats, RVs, vehicles, and trailers. Additionally, offices, workshops, and warehouse spaces are available for many small to medium-sized businesses.
Belleair Storage’s mission is to provide quality customer service while continually making improvements to the operations and the overall appearance of the facility.
About the Owners of Belleair Storage of Florida
Owners Amy and Randy Cardinale purchased Belleair Storage of Florida in 2002.
Amy was previously an administrative assistant at Sleigh Bell Nursing Home in Austintown, Ohio. Her passion for bookkeeping, experience managing employees, and knowledge of customer service inspired her to purchase Belleair Storage. When she’s not at the office, Amy is taking care of her father and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys giving back to the Belleair Community, catching a show at the theater, or reading a good book.
Randy is a former truck driver for Preston 151 Line and Consolidated Freight (CF). Randy is a member of The Million Mile Club, as he was an avid truck driver and materials hauler. Randy is a welder by trade, and sometimes you can find him working on his projects at the facility. He is passionate about customer service and always makes time to serve his tenants’ storage needs. In his free time, Randy enjoys being with his grandchildren and driving his Jeep. Randy also owns and operates a 20,000 square foot warehouse, Belleair Storage II of Clearwater.
Both grew up in the Youngstown/Warren, Ohio area where they raised their two children, Blaine and Barbara. Blaine served as a Navy helicopter pilot and now lives in Texas with his wife and two children. Barbara is a content writer who owns her company, Right-Handed Writing. She and her husband, four children, and their dog live in St. Petersburg, FL.
