Secure and Friendly Access to Climate-Controlled Units
At Belleair Storage, we take pride in maintaining 1:1 contact with you, the tenant. While some facilities have keypads or other technology-centric applications for you to access your unit, we don’t. We feel there is a more secure and personal way for you to have access to your unit.
Our system is straightforward, secure, and personal. We ask that you enter the main office to get a key to your unit. A familiar face greets you and kindly asks you to sign out a key to your unit. Upon return, tenants are asked to sign in the key. The simplicity of our system keeps our prices at an affordable rate. It also helps us maintain trust with our customers. The climate-controlled units are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM or by appointment.
Grounds Supervision and Maintenance Support
When it comes to grounds-keeping at Belleair Storage, the adage, “don’t judge a book by its cover,” doesn’t apply. We believe that our buildings, grounds, and units should always be in tip-top shape, clean, and ready to be used. We pride ourselves in a clean facility that is maintained six out of seven days a week by our maintenance staff. The facility has a golf cart with a magnetic bar attached to the front of it. This magnetic bar picks up loose metal and other magnetic substances from the ground. So the likelihood of running over a nail or other metal objects is highly unlikely.
Belleair Storage goes beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping our customers meet their needs. We provide tow motor and move-in services for our second floor climate-controlled units. Because of this service, you won’t have to carry all those heavy boxes up the stairs.
